Undeniably, It was a crazy night. I didn't really went to the events I wanted to attend, but I did make it to QVC's red carpet. The only night I would feel like the biggest paparazzo. Celebrities were every where. Notable ones from Sarah Jessica Parker, Heidi Klum, Olivia Munn, Dwayne Wade etc.

Reborn Process: Met the lovely Hyoni Kang!

After reading about Hyoni Kang's vintage store "Reborn Process" I was extremely excited to give it a visit. And after getting lost around Crosby with my 2 friends, we ended up finding the neon sign of the underground store by the cobblestoned street. As we walked in, the whole store had this instant vintage aura. As soon as we stopped and gave the store it's first look, we heard someone walking out of the curtains, and in the most disbelief reaction...It was the one and only Hyoni Kang! My idol and my favorite super model! After blogging about her a couple of times and acknowledging her past work, I was in utter shock...But of course I tried to stay cool and "normal". I said to her "You're...Hyoni right?" Hyoni nodded and said "Yes" and smiled with innocence. I asked and complimented her about the store and we had a casual chat about the store's history. The decors was the eye catcher of the entire shop, she said the furnitures and all was her concept and visualization. So props for the creativity of old vintage. The clothes was phenomenal of course! I fell in love with every piece especially this retro polka dot dress (It'll be perfect for Graduation!) There was not many shoe selections but I as well fell in love with the shoes like the studded Converses! If I had a job with a $400 paycheck I would indeed come back and splurge it all on the clothes! Everyone go check it out and maybe you get to meet the beautiful Hyoni Kang. Ahh we need to be best friends, just letting you know If you're reading this Hyoni!

Unlike last year, I actually slept long and comfortably in my bed without the stress to camp out early outside of Sephora or Macys. Today was actually a good shopping day for me. I didn't buy alot, because I hate spending so much. Instead of going to the main location to shop such as, soho or midtown. I went to the obvious places :) St. Marks/East Village. (Gosh, I feel like I mention this place all the time when I blog haha) Just cus it's awesome and it's literally my go-to areas to shop. I stopped by to DUO and got myself my first item which was a beautiful jumper sweater with navy blue stripings. It was only 30 dollars on clearance, and it use to be $135! Score! Then I head to New Relation Thrift and got a 15 dollar Burgundy color Coach Satchel bag. That's about it! It was like any other day for me, and it was a surprise that every store in the Village was having major sales as well! I'm surprise because their stuff is already fairly price but now it's a perfect bargain! I'm happy with my two purchases! Check it out.

Halloween 2010 was a blast! Last year I've trick o treated and went to the extrememly crowded parade (it was chaos). NOW this year, I strolled with my friends around Union Sq. and St Marks for some trick o treating and that fun stuff. But the best part about Halloween, is the COSTUMES! I was actually 2 things, well every year I would have 2 or 3 costumes. Unlike the majority of what others would style (like costumes from rickys and other costume department) I would play and construct with my own clothes, just because I enjoy creating with not so cheap and cheesy materials. So this year! I was...two animals! (told ja!) First during Halloween Eve (in school) I was a cheetah! I played with my makeup and outlining the fierceness of the cheetahs features. The cheetah print coat I wore was from Search & Destroy, costing me only 20 bucks! Cus it was on the 20 rack, and I was abit too lucky. Haha, then during Halloween I was a deer. A fashionable deer with fur and antlers. Heres the story (I'll just go to the point cus its too much to tell)...Me and my friend wanted to do a all night hunt for Deer antlers (Of course none of the stores sells them...I figured) And since that didn't work...I've decided to break off some majestic looking tree branches from a dead tree in central park. And tada! My antlers is complete! Just attached them to a black headband and it was all priceless! literally.

(Then my friends and I, ate at "GO" Japanese Restuarant and ordered some AMAZING rami roll. They're delicious, so damn good.)

Sorry for being MIA. I've been dealing with high school and college applications, so here I am now..with a style I've been too fascinated about. And I am talking about the beautiful and bold... VICTORIAN THEME. Which has literally takened me by storm! Not only only in fashion, but in architectures, decors and of course..the amazing time period of victorian clothings. The beauty and simplistic aura of it, is too inspirational, and it's just truly irresistable. Honestly, I'm just in love with anything old fashion and antique/ vintage. It gives me an idea of what the world and the people use to be... which makes me feel abit nostalgic (though I've never lived the Victorian lifestyle) but I feel content and amazed EVERYTIME I begin to analyze a piece of clothing and its creation. AND since Halloween is right around the corner, I've decided to take a piece of a "Victorian inspired" element for my costume! I will not say what, so be patient and hope you'll be surprise. No one will know what I'm going to be mwaha. And on with the photos! Be inspired people!

Well, my goal was to thrift shop for the weekends and so I just did my job and got everything my eyes fell in love with! Of course, they were ridculously cheap and worth it! At the end I felt horrible about spending all my money on clothes but then..if I didn't.. I would've been bummed about not buying it in the first place haha. What a perfect purchase! Shopping alone is the best, I had an enjoyment just taking my time on every items on the rack and walk out happily. It was splendid, plus the weather felt like Spring again! Oh, I was at St. Marks/East Village again (my life right there), and I cannot believe I've actually bought something from "Think Closet"..I was flabbergasted! (They have the most amazing hardcore sales ever today! And I can't believe I only bought one item out of dozens other) But I'm happy with what I got! Check it out!

Was a blast! I had tons of fun with my fab. Soho was packed by 6 and we literally stopped by to every store there is. Anna Sui's was magical! I met alot of great employees and the champagne was delighting. What killed my night, was the pain I got from the clog heels (the one I posted from earlier posts). Poor toe, my flesh was literally ripped off from the flesh! But thankgod I stopped by Forever 21 and bought a pair of socks to sela the pain. I didn't meet much celebrities. We thought we saw the Gossip Girls, Naomi Campbell and Gwyneth Paltrow..But it was a guess haha. But we DID saw that tall gothic guy from Kell's On Earth, haha it was the second time we saw him from months ago. We saw many many things, and I was super mad when I found out we have to pay over 60 dollars of purchase to see the Victoria Secret models! But I could care abit less :(......AND Alexa Chung was at Madewell for her clothing line! Oh my goodness! But we can't go in for some weird reason. Ah too many stars roamed around NYC today and I missed out! There'll always be next year, and next year I'll be more prepared! Here are some bits of last night!

I'm very excited for tonight and the rest of this week. I cannot wait to stroll around NYC (SOHO) and store-hop for events! I'm so stoaked! I'm very sad I didn't go to yesterdays Chanel's Boutique opening..where Alexa Chung was djaying in. Well, I'm sure I'll see atons of fabulous socialites and celebrities (I really want to meet Sasha Pivovarova)! I'm very excited!! I hope you guys are feeling the same, and whats getting better is....the weather!! It's actually getting chilly out there. Which means...I can finally wear boots and jackets! It was a hot day, so me and my friends Rohan and Diana took another stroll around the city for more fab New Yorkers. First we stopped by St. Marks to.. the rest of East Village and..SOHO! Very exciting and successful, yet again! Everyone was amazing, and should consider to be very lucky, because again..it was hard to find anyone fashionable or eye catching. So you guys were the ones! It was aswell, a pleasure to shoot and meet all of you. Take a look fabs!

St. Marks is my second home

I love the East Village, but the best has gots to be St. Marks. I have never seen a small block filled with such historic buildings, shops and the most diverse and interesting people. Plus a dollar pizza at two bros.! What can really get better. Plus, I have recently tried Octupus Sushi (Tako) at a Sushi bar (Don't remember the name). And man, I was in heaven. A raw cut octupus sticked and wrapped around with rice and seaweed. Such an oceanic and interesting flavor of consumption. The travel channel's Bizaars Food, has really inspired me to go out and try new things. Which makes me wish to one day have my own camera crew and film my own adventure in a land away from America. That'll be a dream of mines. Well besides the wonderful food, I've seen many fashion hits around this place. Such as modern punk, or gothic lolitas and the fab hipsters. Me and my good friend stopped by today and saw the cutest lady, dressed in a edgy and distressed tee with STUDDED shorts. It was to die for, she was eye catching and I loved how she pair her clothings. You're the shit! And...Wow..I knew she looked familiar because she even works at SEARCH & DESTROY! Another one of my favoriteeeeee thrift shop. Which makes her even cooler. You're fabulous miss, keep doing you.

PLUS! Once, I've stepped in to Search & Destroy, I got myself these fabulous leather boots. Funny story, I stopped by at Local Clothing (Vintage Boutique, but abit overprice) and... they had the SAME boots...for 68 dollars! Man I was pissed, but after 3 hours of shopping, and my returned to Search & Destroy...I saw the love of my day..again! The boots, the same exact boots!...I was the happiest girl ever, cus it was only...28 dollars! Now that's what you called a drastic difference to my economic crisis and...MOTHERFUCKING LUCK. I love S&D. Check it out people! Oh and here is the boots~

AUH2O! I've been shopping and browsing around here everytime I stop by the East Village/St Marks. I've recently got into vintage/thrift shopping and I just love to bargain and find beautiful items for the most reasonable and low prices. This store is lovely, which primarily or aim to sell recycled clothings. I love that idea and concept, I always wish to buy one the Capri's Suns apparels haha. Really fun and different. Another extra plus for this store, is the women behind it all! Kate Goldwater. She's really lovely and nice, and I've seen her in Youtube and around the net. Which got me inspired into supporting her store and her clothings. Please stop by here whenever you're in the EV, everything is affordable and OH the jewelry selection is just major! Great vintage studs, endless views of different chains and necklace. I've recently bought myself this beautiful gold plated chain with a lion embedded. I love AUH20 and Kate Goldwater haha here is a picture of us!

Taylor Momsen, who play Jenny from Gossip Girl is definitely my favorite rock ensemble girl. I've actually met her a few times around Manhattan, even one time at TOPSHOP (She was right in front me, so I stalked her abit outside and out of nowhere she smokes a cig, haha..thats cute Taylor). Alright, the thing is..Everytime I google her or even see her in every magazine, I just go off gaurd because of the most amazing pieces she wears! I love her whole "dark", "edgy" and "hipster" vibe going on. Another thing I like about Momsen, is her dark smokey eyes and that messy platinum blonde-do. Oh, and she's soo tall and skinny, that's why she can pull off most of the things she wears. It's actually one of the most popular look around NYC, hence the baggy sweaters and leather jackets PLUS the black combat boots and all. Gossip Girl is noted to be one of those "fashion aware" shows,and to tell you the truth, out of the whole cast..Momsen is definitely the eye catcher when it comes to fashion. Win to Taylor!

I'm in love with how beauitful she looks and she just have that very natural beauty in her that is very unique. Her defying cheekbones and fierce eyes are very intriging. Super model Gemma Ward, is another one of those girls you want to rip there face off and sew to your own body. That girl's face is so BEAUTIFUL. Such unique features and a doll like shape. Her eyes are so captivating and you just hate her for having such a gifted look. Besides her beauty, her modeling work is natural, she can stand there awkardly and still look good. Recent reports had said she quit modeling because of a weight gain. But girl, KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO! Cus nobody really does it better, she now looks like "the average women", which is a great thing. Models should come in all sizes, and she can still work it with that little weight improvement. Gemma you're a goddess, don't quit!

BoA is BACK with a new music video "GAME". This time shes all on focus with the Korean field! I'm just in LOVE with all the outfits and the insanical makeup. The look was just beautiful and so high fashion (Which is what I love~). Although, this whole new image is definitely not like the old classic BoA stuff, but I'm abit fine with it. She looks amazing, which is pretty obvious to say. The song is okay, I'll give that a solid 2 and a half star. But the whole fashion criteria..it's a definite 5 stars! Enjoy the new video BoA fans!

Wonder Girl's youngest, Sohee is stepping up with a solo photoshoot for August Dazed & Confuse issue. She was always the cute and lovable one of the popular girl band of Korea. Now she's showing a more mature and confident look, which I think it's setting her apart for once and giving a bold and different look to the fans and critics. I personally, love the cateye makeup..It's really popular for Koreans and asians to fancy (I do the cateye also!), and I think it fits her eye shape aswell so props to her experimenting. The clothing selection was of course pretty marvelous and gentle. Nothing too extreme or over done. Black and white is a great colorway, even though many may think it's a grown color to wear for a young girl like Sohee, but I personally love the idea they're giving in the shoot, cus she looks fab!

yes yes yes yes! it's finally OUT! I've been reading her blog and I'm just ecstatic about this video. I love Kato's wonderland mesh with red clown ladies (haha no idea) sort of look. It's definitely what Miliyah would wear when it comes to dancing or performing. She always display short cutouts and bold colors that gives her a very chic and just..a very pop rock kind of look. I love the song, I think it's not one of the best but the chorus is very catchy and vocally beauitful. What I don't quite "like" is the awkard little dance moves. The what she tries to be "doll like" "quick steps" kind of number, I found that to be weird, but overall...it's good. I'm just waiting for her album! And my life would be in a happier place, cus I'm 100 percent sure I'll love all the new songs! Ah, july 25th come already!

My favorite girl group 2NE1 will be featured in the August edition of Vogue Girl. This time, they toned down their signature colors with a sophisticated and soft look for the issue. I love how they're very upscale and genius when it comes to a variaty of trends and style. They could go hip hop and even rock a soft natural look in a high fashion standard, which is why I love them! ALSO, they're gonna be BACK with a new album this August (I'm pshyced!), PLUS 2NE1TV is back aswell! I'm very excited about the news, and everytime when I watch 2ne1tv I feel so...inspired and changed because these girls can really put a hold on you. Once you start becoming a fan, you'll soon be the most loyal fan. It's like one of those artists you'll love and devote on forever, (my example->) just like Hyori and Miliyah (My fashionista queens). I really love the hipster vibe of it and i just HAVE to get that navy stripe shirt because it reminded me of what Miliyah wore on her RING album. Plus, it goes well with many other items..So yay! Finally! The official tracklist and promo pictures are reveal! I'm very very excited for this and I cannot wait to listen to all the new songs! "Last Love" is still currently my favorite song and I'm definitely sure that I'll be in love with the rest, because Miliyah never fails when it comes to impressing me with her beautifully recorded songs AND the amazing lyrics. She looks wonderful in these pics, and I'm loving the natural look she's going for this time, instead of her signature heavy dued eye makeup and blush. I'm glad shes trying out a new look. But of course her signature hair bob/color is still displayed. Another Japanese designer I adore, is Eley Kishimoto. I started to really get into her stuff after knowing 2NE1 is a fan of her clothings. What makes me love her work, is the fun and dainty elements she put in her pieces. I would definitely rock all of these, because I love clothings that enact with pop culture. (ie: Walter B. Uniqlo. Jeremy Scott.) Anything creative and chic is a win. Oh! and her textile work is incredible! win.

My all time favorite look is the playing with dark colors and adding a edge to your outfit. I've always admire the power of distress and cutouts, which is very defying yet badass of course. Grudge is so compelling, and asseccories plays a big and for me CREATIVE role to the style aswell. Like dominating with hardcore vintage studds or elegant silver chains. Well I'll try to not sound specific because it really depends on the outfit. I love wearing dark clothing, and most of the time..It gives a feel of control and sovereignty. Now people, THIS MAN IS A GENIUS. What I love about his interesting layouts and garments...Is the intense "think-outside-the-box" and the simple yet insane material put in to an outfit. You might already know, I LOVE a designer who is daring and DIFFERENT; And, Beirendonck is indubitably the strongest in this field of fashion. He and Jeremy Scott is very alike in what they're trying to approach and present in clothing. Much of the cartoon/animation relativity and the use of bright colors, which of course give the clothing a kick of variance and ability to be successful in the market. GO Beirendonck!

Watanabe, is a Japanese Fashion designer. Who is also very different in the fashion world...Internationally. What makes me love his work, is his creativity and definition of his clothing and how he want his model to act which brings up a story on the clothes. He started his own line under the Comme Des Garçons name called 'Junya Watanabe Comme Des Garçons' in 1993 and began showing in Paris that same year.

I'm very much in love with his overall "dark" and "melancholic" concept which even falls into completely beauitful ART. His couture designs are very intriguing and Watanabe is truly one of the masterminds in the fashion industry...world wide.

After years of fandom, I've always been intrigued by the gorgeous, LEE HYORI. Who can really be the master of fashion and beauty in the KPOP world? Ever since her gothic modern style of DARK ANGEL, I've always been trying to rock the leather and spikes. From her U-GO GIRL pastel happy and cheery style, to her Explosive varieties of trends in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (current favorite song!) Yeah, I love her stage ensembles, but even in her everyday life...Her style is still pretty darn amazing. The thing I LOVE about her, is her fierce and confident image she gives on stage and off. Hyori has always stoodout to me because of her unique looks, and of course the way she dress herself. She is truly the queen of KPOP. Hyori unnie, I love you.

MILIYAH KATO

Ever since her 20-CRY era, I already knew that she can dress. What makes Miliyah unique is her layerings and how she mix clothings in a interesting way. Even her signature hair due and eye makeup. She's probably the girl who is not afraid to pull of a daring trend, like cut up leather leggings paired with sky high heels and a beautiful top/jumper. Her style is very like mines, because we both love vintage items and JUMPERS! In her music video WHY, she wore a mix of many deep and girly colors, which still looks amazing. I also admire the accessories she wears, like studded hair pieces and knee socks (which i love). Overall, Miliyah is a VERY chic girl and I swear she shops at TOPSHOP. Because all her clothings remind me of many of their items, like the patterned details on denim and sweats.

Alright, I just want to get this off my chest and tell you all about my view on this beautiful historic label. I DARN love this brand and of course the women behind all of it, COCO CHANEL. Her clothings and handbags...makes me want to get rich and buy all her vintage and timeless stuff! Jesus, how could anyone not resist the beautiful quilted details and the signature color way of gold and black? A couple months ago, I was roaming around the East Village and stumble upon a thrift shop named "No Relation", and let me tell you...That place is a treasure! Sure, they have tons of old and unattractive clothings instock...But once you dig deeper, the search is definitely worth it! I happily walked away with a 30 DOLLARS Chanel messenger. It was DARLING, and so old...(Which I love) and even though it's not in the best condition I still have to have it because that vintage CHANEL essense gets me all the time. Getting to the point of this, Coco Chanel will ALWAYS be my favorite highend handbag designer. Starting ever since the 1900s, the material and the signature elegance of the pearl and luxurious cardigans makes me fall in love, just thinking about it.
